Melbourne Shuffle
The Melbourne Shuffle is a rave dance that developed in the 1980s.
Typically performed to electronic music, the dance originated in the
Melbourne rave scene, and was popular in the 1980s and 1990s.
... So I had a manila folder, and I had a Sharpie, and I was like, what am
I going to call this research?
And the first words that came to my mind were "whole-hearted"
These are whole-hearted people, living from this deep sense of worthiness.
So I started looking at the data, and here's what I found:
What they had in common was a sense of courage.
Courage, the original definition of courage, when it first came into the
English language -- it's from the Latin word "cor," meaning "heart" -- and
the original definition was to tell the story of who you are with your
whole heart.
The one thing that you have that nobody else has is you. Your voice, your
mind, your story, your vision. So write and draw and build and play and
dance and live as only you can.
Let us read, and let us dance; these two amusements will never do any harm
to the world.
We should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once.
He who would learn to fly one day must first learn to stand and walk and
run and climb and dance; one cannot fly into flying.

Rasputin is a 1978 Euro disco hit single by the Germany-based pop and Euro disco group Boney M., the second from their album Nightflight to Venus. It was written by the group's creator Frank Farian, along with George Reyam and Fred Jay.
Notes
Sopot Festival is an annual international song contest held in Sopot, Poland. It was the biggest Polish music festival altogether with the National Festival of Polish Song in Opole, and one of the biggest song contests in Europe.
Just Dance is a rhythm game series developed and published by Ubisoft. The series was named after the Lady Gaga song of the same title. The original Just Dance game was released on the Wii in 2009.
